Same-week availability is common in many areas but is not guaranteed for every request, as it depends on regional crew routing and current booking volume.

D. Estimates and Pricing

Pricing information provided prior to a visit is an estimate based on details supplied by the customer, such as window count, siding material and driveway size. Final pricing may be adjusted if the property differs materially from the information provided during booking.

E. Payment Terms

F. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may request to cancel or reschedule a booked visit by contacting the office directly. Requests made close to the scheduled visit date may be more difficult to accommodate depending on crew routing for that day.

G. Customer Responsibilities and Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing reasonably accurate property information, ensuring outdoor access points are clear of obstructions, and securing pets during the scheduled visit window. Interior window cleaning requires someone present to provide interior access.

H. Weather and Rescheduling Policy

Exterior cleaning services depend on weather conditions. Visits affected by rain, high wind, freezing temperatures or similar conditions may be rescheduled by the coordinating office, and customers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
